Alien Multi-Layer Full Arch Hybrid implant Bridge with option of Gingiva Staining. This product is milled from Alien Multi-Layer Zirconia, rated 1,100 mpa. It is capable of restoring cases up to 14 units.

Now Available in Green State 

Order your Full Arch Hybrid in the Green State for further characterization in lab. 

You must have a Sintering Furnace with a High Temp of1540 degrees Celcius.

Excellent fit and shade

Send good records, get good lab work. We did just this and Alien knocked it out of the park with a full arch zirconia prosthetic. Shade match was perfect, looked natural and stain/glaze was excellent. Thank you alien milling

  • Since you do not offer design service, could you tell me where I can get this done?

    We do offer Design for Full Arches.

  • I have an Optisplint gammetry system that fits over Nobel MUA's for digital workflow - will you be able to design from this? Also your stain characterization of the gingiva in the display models looks to be monochromatic of some pink shade- do you offer a higher degree of characterization to appear more natural if we provide you pictures of the patient?

    We do not take scans with Optisplint Scan Bodies. 
    We do take scans from Dess MUA Scan Bodies

    We also accept the following Scan Bodies:
    - ICAM 4D
    - MicronMapper
    - PIC Dental

  • If I scan with one manufacturer's scan body can you still design a prosthesis for another manufacturers tibases?

    No we only take scans with Dess Scan Bodies 

  • What is the Yitrium component of this zirconia 3Y? 4Y?

  • Do you have MUAs for Branemark 5.0 WP and RP? I have a full arch case that uses 2 Branemark 5.0 and 3 RP. If no MUAs for the one arch, can you do custom abutments on the branemark implants of these sizes for a full arch cement retained zirconia bridge? Thanks

    Yes DESS does make MUA Abutments compatible with Branemark.
